TOURNAMENT RULES
  • TDA rules apply to all tournaments offered.
  • Must be 21+ years of age and have a player’s card.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel or make changes to any tournament(s).
  • Jackpots are not included in tournament play.
  • By playing in any poker tournament held at the Saloon at Stones Gambling Hall, players give the Saloon at Stones Gambling Hall permission to use their likeness in all marketing material, not limited to all social media platforms utilized by the Saloon at Stones Gambling Hall.
  • Each player will be permitted only one entry per promotional tournament ticket earned.
  • The tournament prize pool disbursement, as set forth herein, may be modified upon unanimous agreement of management and all tournament players still involved in the tournament.
  • All pre-registered stacks will be in play at the start of the event.
  • Refunds are available before the start of each tournament.
  • Internal Revenue Service requires any guest that receives a payout exceeding $5,000 net winnings will be issued a W-2G.
PROMOTION RULES
  • Promotional earned entry ticket does not include administrative fee(s).
  • Must have a Stones Milestone card to be eligible for this promotion.
  • Must have an email linked to Stones players card to participate.
  • Promotional Points are earned while playing in all live Poker Games at the rate of 100 promotional points per hour.
  • 16,000 (160 hours in a live game) earned promotional points will reward player with a tournament entry ticket.
  • Only one ticket can be earned for the promotion period.
  • Entry tickets are non-transferable.
  • Once an entry ticket is earned players can redeem their entry with a GA or a designated Saloon team member when registration is available.
  • Promotional points accrual period is 03/01/2025 – 04/25/2025.
  • The card/points shall be non-transferable, and revocable at management’s discretion.
  • The player is responsible for presenting their card and ensuring it is swiped and/or recorded.
  • Promotional Points are non-refundable and non-redeemable.
  • The gaming activity is fully funded by The Saloon at Stones Gambling Hall. There will be no additional gaming activity fees, jackpot fees or collection in order to fund this gaming activity or for players to participate. All collections and table limits are for the designated base game and are Bureau approved, pre-determined and posted at each table.

RULES
  • All players are responsible to pay administrative fee, which includes any and all staffing fees and collection.
  • Players may choose to play Flight A, B, C, D and/or E.
  • All flights will play 22 levels or down to 13% of the field on Day 1, whichever comes first.
  • Players will play into the money on each flight.
  • Remaining prize pool not awarded on Day 1 will carry over to be merged with all flights for Day 2.
  • All flights will merge on Saturday, April 26th at 10:30 AM.
  • In the event the tournament is unable to reach a conclusion on Day 2, the Tournament Director, in his sole and absolute discretion, may add an additional day if necessary.
  • Registration will be open until the beginning of level 7.
  • Players must forfeit their smallest chip stack(s) in the event of reaching Day 2 in multiple flights.
  • Tournament registration will begin 2 hours before each tournament flight start time.
  • This is an unlimited re-entry event. If a player is eliminated during registration period that player may re-enter same event.
