MileStones Club Rewards Rules

  1. Membership in the program is FREE.
  2. Participants must be 21 years old and provide a valid, government-issued photo identification as proof of age to obtain a Milestone Rewards Player Club Membership.
  3. By joining the Milestone Rewards Club, you give permission for Stones Gambling Hall to send mail, email, and make telephone solicitations to the provided addresses and phone number. Members can set preferred contact preferences and opt out of communications at any time.
  4. Program benefits are intended for the exclusive use of the person listed on the membership account. Members are prohibited from allowing others to use their card or access their account. Cards and membership benefits are non-transferable.
  5. Members may accumulate reward points by playing Bureau-approved games. Each player must check in with a designated team member to ensure their play is tracked for earning rewards.
  6. The Milestone Rewards Club may offer additional benefits, such as exclusive events, personalized offers, and discounts on amenities or services.
  7. Stones Gambling Hall is not responsible for unrecorded play due to player negligence.
  8. Reward points earned are based on the type of game played, average bet, and duration of play. For example, a player will earn approximately 100 reward points when playing CA Blackjack for 1 hour with an average bet of $30.
  9. Reward points will expire if there is no account activity for a continuous period of six (6) months. Once expired, points cannot be reinstated.
  10. A member may redeem up to 50% of their reward point balance for Match Play or Free Play, not to exceed a maximum value of $500 per day.
  11. Milestone members will receive card tier status based on the following accrued Tier Points during the designated 4-month period. Tier Points are earned based on the type of game played, average bet, and duration of play. Tier points have no cash value and reset to zero at the beginning of each tier period. The tier periods are as follows: January - April, May - August, and September - December.   12. Only tier points count towards tier status. Bonus or promotional points, as well as any other points awarded through promotions or adjustments, do not count towards tier status.
  13. Members may be eligible for special promotions, giveaways, or drawings based on their tier status or accumulated reward points.
  14. The program may include partnerships with local businesses to provide members with discounts or perks outside of the casino.
  15. The Milestone Rewards Club may introduce a referral program where members can earn extra rewards by referring new members to join the club.
  16. Stones Gambling Hall employees and/or third-party proposition players are eligible to participate in this program only when they are not working.
  17. Individuals who are excluded from the casino through a government program, their own request, or any other means are not eligible to participate in the program.
  18. Seven Gambling Hall Management reserves the right to cancel, change, or modify this program or the official rules at any time in accordance with applicable gaming regulations and/or laws.
