Hold 'Em Bad Beat Jackpot Rules

  1. The Bad Beat Jackpot shall only apply to the game of Texas Hold’em.
  2. The Bad Beat Jackpot amount will seed at $10,000 and will increase $100/day at midnight. The amount displayed will be the amount available to win for that day until a new amount is posted at midnight. Jackpot amount will be displayed on a “JackpotDisplay” board in the Poker Room.
  3. Players must take a hand during the Jackpot hand to be eligible for the Jackpot.
  4. The minimum qualifying hand for the Bad Beat Jackpot is any quads.
  5. Both hole cards must play for the second qualifying hand and the qualifying winning hand; if one of the hole cards in either player’s hand ties the board, the Jackpot is eligible.
  6. The player with second highest qualifying hand will receive the losing hand portion of the posted prize amount for that specific Jackpot. The player with the best qualifying hand will receive the winning hand portion of the posted prize amount for that specific Jackpot.
  7. Payout distributions are as follows:
    1. 40% of prize pool - Second Qualifying Hand/Losing Hand.
    2. 20% of prize pool - Best Qualifying Hand/Winning Hand.
    3. 40% of prize pool - Eligible players on the winning table will receive equal shares.
  8. Collusion - If players are talking about the hand, while the hand is in play. SGH management has the right to disqualify the hand due to Collusion. If any player at the table is using another language other than English, while the hand is in play, management has the right to disqualify the hand due to collusion.
  9. Payoffs - Jackpots will be paid within 72 hours. SGH management will do their best to pay off the Jackpot on the day it is hit. All hands involved in payouts are subject to review and authentication by management. For any prize of $600 or more, all necessary federal and state forms will be completed before the prize is awarded. Valid ID’s will be required.
  10. On-duty employees and off-duty employees are eligible to win.
  11. Only one Progressive Jackpot will be paid per hand. The highest of the two Progressive Jackpots will be the amount paid.
  12. Jackpots are not included in tournament play.

  2. The Bad Beat Jackpot amount will seed at $2500 and will increase $100/day at midnight. The amount displayed will be the amount available to win for that day until a new amount is posted at midnight. Jackpot amount will be displayed on a “Jackpot Display” board in the Poker Room.
  3. Players must take a hand during the Jackpot hand to be eligible for the Jackpot.
  4. The minimum qualifying hand for the Bad Beat Jackpot is Aces full of 10s (AAA-1010) or better.
  5. Both hole cards must play for the second qualifying hand and the qualifying winning hand; if one of the hole cards in either player’s hand ties the board, the Jackpot is eligible.

Hold 'Em High Hand Rules

  1. A Full-House is the minimum qualifying hand.
  2. The prize amount will be awarded to any player that makes the highest hand during the designated time frame while participating in a live Texas Hold’em game.
  3. The promotional period will start at 4PM and conclude at 12AM for the last High Hand.
  4. In the case of a tie, the prize will be evenly divided amongst the players who tied.
  5. If the player who made the highest hand during a designated time period is not present to claim their prize, the prize will be awarded to the player present with the next highest qualified hand during that hour.
  6. A player may qualify for this promotion between 1 - 100 times during each gaming day.
  7. Casino employees are eligible to participate in the promotion when either on or off duty.
  8. Tournament games do not qualify for the promotion.
Hold 'Em Progressive Royal Flush Rules

  1. Each Royal Flush suit will seed at $100 and increase daily at $15 each at 12AM.
  2. Once the progressive is hit for that suit, the prize will revert back to $100.
Omaha Bad Beat Jackpot Rules

  1. The amount displayed will be the amounts available to win for that day until a new amount is posted. Jackpot amount will be displayed on a “jackpot Display” board in the poker room.
  2. Players must take a hand during the jackpot hand to be eligible for the jackpot.
  3. Both hole cards must play for the second highest qualifying hand and the qualifying winning hand, if one of the hole cards in either player’s hand ties the board, the jackpot is eligible.
  4. The player with the second highest qualifying hand will receive winning portion of the posted prize amount for that specific jackpot. The player with the best qualifying hand will receive winning portion of the posted prize amount for that specific jackpot.
  5. Payoff Distribution is 40% to the best losing hand – 20% to the best winning hand – 40% to the remaining players at the winning table – Only one jackpot will be paid out per hand
  6. Jackpot only applies to High in Omaha Hi-Lo split.

Omaha High Hand Rules

  1. High hand must be a full house or better
  2. Will be paid every 2 hours on the even hour
  3. Game must be running for 1.5 hours to qualify
  4. Must have at least two players dealt in to qualify
  5. If there is no high hand in the previous two hours of game play the prize will roll over to the next time period
  6. In the case of a tie, the prize will be evenly divided amongst the players who tied.
